 PASTRY AND BAKERY TUTOR

Key Responsibilities:

Develop course outlines, create lesson plans, teach the assigned classes, track student progress, create and reinforce classroom rules, prepare and manage examinations.

Key Qualifications:

Diploma from a Technical Training Institute/college in Pastry and Bakery. At least two (2) years experience of extensive Knowledge and practice in Pastry and Bakery; practical/ Hands-on experience is a MUST. A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage.

 HOUSEKEEPING TUTOR 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop course outlines, create lesson plans, teach the assigned classes, track student progress, create and reinforce classroom rules, prepare and manage examinations.

Key Qualifications:

Diploma from a Technical Training Institute/college in catering and accommodation management or housekeeping and Laundry. At least two (2) years teaching experience in catering and accommodation management,
Housekeeping and Laundry or a related field; practical/ Hands-on experience is a MUST. A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SALES AND SERVICE – BAR AND WINE KNOWLEDGE TUTOR 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop course outlines, create lesson plans, teach the assigned classes, track student progress, create and reinforce classroom rules, prepare and manage examinations.

Key Qualifications:

Diploma from a Technical Training Institute/college in Food and Beverage Management. At least two (2) years experience of extensive Knowledge and practice in Bar and Wine; practical/ Hands-on experience is a
MUST. A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an added advantage.

ICT TUTOR

Key Responsibilities:

Develop course outlines, create lesson plans, teach the assigned classes, track student progress, create and reinforce classroom rules, prepare and manage examinations. Assist in the management of college information systems, networking and deriving reports and data from the systems to facilitate decision making. Management of the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure ensuring that the system performs optimally and efficiently at all times.

Key Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Management or related field. At least one (1) year work experience in Information Management or related field. Relevant qualification in IT skills including
proficiency in Operating management system(s), Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
